  • Providence, RI 2010 - Local graffiti legend Wizart served time under harsh penalties set by Providence officials. Graffiti writers still work undercover evading police and local goverment crackdowns but they now have 'legal' walls such as here at Yarrow's Cans where Wizart has produced a masterpiece.
